Absolutely! No prior experience is required. We’ll teach you everything you need to know and support you throughout. Many participants are complete beginners.
Yes—with the right preparation and guidance. We’ll cover all safety protocols at the start of the workshop. A certified instructor will guide you step by step, and you will never be pressured to do anything you’re uncomfortable with.

If you have any medical conditions (e.g., cardiovascular issues, epilepsy, pregnancy), please consult your doctor first and inform us before participating.
Always listen to your body. You can opt out of any part of the experience.
Bathing suit or athletic wear you’re comfortable getting wet
Towel (or two!)
Yoga mat (if we are not doing this is a gym with mats)
Comfortable clothes for breathwork and meditation
Water bottle to stay hydrated
Notebook (optional) if you’d like to take notes
Warm layers for after the ice bath
Sandals or flip-flops for walking to and from the plunge
Snacks (we often provide some but feel free to bring your own)
Eat a light meal about 1–2 hours before the workshop—nothing too heavy.
Avoid alcohol or recreational drugs before attending.
Watch any pre-workshop videos or materials we share with you, so you’re familiar with the techniques.
Get a good night’s sleep if possible.
Every workshop is a little different, but in general you can expect:
A brief talk about the science and benefits of breathwork and cold exposure
A guided breathwork session
Time to prepare mentally and physically for the ice bath
An optional ice bath immersion (you choose if and how long you stay in)
A warm-up and integration afterward
Yes. Participation in the ice bath is optional. You are welcome to observe or take a shorter plunge if that feels right for you.
